Bluefield, WV (WOAY)—As the fall and winter holidays approach, the increase in air travel is expected to continue this year, making airports busy and security wait times likely longer than usual.
Travelers can get through checkpoints faster by taking advantage of an opportunity coming to AAA.
AAA is partnering with IDEMIA, a TSA precheck authorized enrollment provider, to host a TSA precheck event at the Triple Bluefield retail store starting Tuesday, October 15, through Friday, October 18.
Appointments are available from 9:00 am to noon and 1:00 to 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday and from 9:00 am to noon on Friday.
Approved travelers will get a five-year membership with the program.
The event is open to AAA members and the public.
