BECKLEY, WV (WOAY) – The Beckley Police Department is asking for your help in locating Daniel Fayne Osborne, 35 of Mills Street in MacArthur, WV wanted for Grand Larceny related to a theft that occurred at Kroger (Beckley Crossing) on April 25, 2020.
