Beckley, WV (WOAY) If you’re looking for a career that’s anything but ordinary, the Beckley Fire Department is now hiring.
The department is accepting applications for entry-level firefighters, offering a career that includes fire suppression, emergency medical services, technical rescue, public service, community outreach, and more.
Officials say every shift brings a new challenge and an opportunity to make a difference.
Applications must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. on July 10.
The written examination is scheduled for July 24.
