Beckley, WV (WOAY) The Beckley Art Center is hosting a special charity auction, allowing you to give back while giving yourself some one-of-a-kind art.
The center is partnering with Hope in the Mountains to present the Mid-20th-Century Art Show and Auction, displaying original paintings by Willie Lee Atkyns.
Proceeds from the auction will support the Beckley Art Center and Hope in the Mountains Organization in sustaining community arts programs and services.
In addition to the art show and auction, event goers can expect drinks and refreshments.
The event takes place on Thursday, May 28, at 6:30 p.m. at the Art Center located at 600 Johnstown Road.
