Beaver El Mariachi to offer free meals to school kids in need during closures

BEAVER, WV (WOAY) – A local restaurant is offering school kids free lunch meals during the COVID-19 crisis. Starting this week, kids can stop by and pick up a meal for free, no questions asked. 

Jose Rizo, owner of the local El Mariachi, says that his restaurant is just one of many that wants to support people in this time of need. 

“We get a lot of support from the area and obviously when there’s any kind of issue, or any kind of problem, or any kind of need, we want to be able to help out, we want to support the people that help us,” Rizo said.

El Mariachi is located on 237 Airport Road in Beaver and will be offering meals Monday through Friday, from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M.
