Tazewell, VA (WOAY) The Tazewell Police Department is accepting applications for a patrol officer.
Qualified applicants must be a U.S. Citizen, 21 years of age by the closing date, and
have a high school diploma or GED.
Applicants must also have a valid operator’s license with a good driving record, pass a criminal history & background check, physician physical, and drug screen.
The department encourages certified and uncertified candidates to apply.
Any felony is grounds for disqualification.
