CHARLESTON, WV (WOAY)- Governor Morrisey announced today that all schools across the state will be back to full operation.
Tomorrow, March 10th, McDowell County schools reopen for students after the severe flooding three weeks ago. The superintendent of McDowell County Schools is humbled and thanks everyone for the support they have received over the past few weeks.
