PAX, WV (WOAY)- Saturday night, deputies responded to a report of a male subject allegedly being drunk and shot a dog. After arriving, the deputies found him, the injured dog, and a firearm, and then determined what had happened.
Ronnie A. McGinnis is charged with Wanton Endangerment, two counts of Child Neglect Creating the Risk of Serious Bodily Injury or Death, as well as the misdemeanor offenses of Shooting within 500 feet of a Dwelling and Animal Cruelty.
