War, WV (WOAY) McDowell County Sheriffs are asking for the community’s help locating a missing man.
McDowell County deputies received a missing person complaint on Saturday, April 11, for 59-year-old Richard Raphael.
Raphael reportedly drives a dark brown Ford F150 with a WV Plate that reads 904445A and a busted driver’s side window.
Witnesses last saw Raphael at Grant’s Supermarket in War.
