PINEVILLE, WV (WOAY) – The Wyoming County Health Department has confirmed its third positive COVID-19 case.
The Health Department says the individual is working with the Health Department, and appropriate protocols are being followed. This confirmation brings the overall Covid-19 positive totals to three (3). One (1) case has recovered, two (2) cases are still active.
The Wyoming County Health Department has completed the necessary contact tracing to ensure the safety of close contacts and to prevent new transmission.
The public is advised to continue with recommended public health measures to reduce the risk of infection.
