WYOMING COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – Wyoming County Health Department confirms their first case of COVID-19.
The Wyoming County 911/Office of Emergency Services made the following post on Facebook:
“‼️ PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT‼️
Wyoming County Health Department has confirmed the first positive case of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Wyoming County. Health Department staff are working diligently to gather information regarding this case and to identify any residents who may have had contact with this individual. Appropriate quarantine and monitoring have been put into place. The WCHD reminds everyone to practice social distancing, frequently wash your hands, and stay at home.”
