PINEVILLE, WV (WOAY) – Bradley Ellison will be taking over the official title of Wyoming County Sheriff in 2021.
To further prepare for the role, he recently attended the annual Sheriff’s and Tax Deputy’s conference in Canaan Valley. Ellison is ready for the responsibilities of the position beyond law enforcement.
“30 years I did the law enforcement part of it,” Ellison said. “Now, I’m going into the management and the overseeing of county residents, taxes and that issue. I want to be well informed of it the best I can be.”
Ellison shared that one of the biggest issues discussed at the conference was mental hygiene commitments.
