Oak Hill, WV (WOAY) WVU Tech Admissions is brewing up something special for future Golden Bears.
The team is hosting an event series called “Grounds for Becoming a Golden Bear,” giving prospective students a chance to get their questions answered over a free cup of coffee.
Today’s stop runs from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. at Hilltop Coffee in Oak Hill.
Students can chat one-on-one with Admissions and Financial Aid staff about applications, deadlines, scholarships, FAFSA help, and campus life.
One major perk of attending is on-site admissions decisions.
Students can complete their application before or during the event and may receive a decision right there, with official letters to follow.
Be sure to bring sealed high school transcripts and ACT or SAT scores.
