WVU Tech announces no fans at fall sporting events

WOAY – On Thursday morning, WVU Tech announced it would now allow fans to attend sporting events this fall. The school did not rule out the possibility of fans in the winter or spring seasons.

This announcement extends to all spectators, including parents and students. WVU Tech is pushing forward with its fall sports schedule which includes women’s volleyball, men’s and women’s soccer and men’s golf.

WVU Tech said it will be providing virtual coverage of sporting events when they can, including live stats and streaming.

All teams would not begin regular season competition until late September.
