WVSP to hold sobriety checkpoint in Greenbrier County on November 29

Fairlea, WV (WOAY) – The West Virginia State Police will conduct a sobriety checkpoint in Greenbrier County on Wednesday, November 29.

The checkpoint will take place on US Rt. 219 in Fairlea from 6:00 p.m. until midnight.

The purpose of this checkpoint is to inform the public about the dangers and consequences of drunk or impaired driving. 

Authorities encourage the public to assist in preventing drunk driving by reporting intoxicated and drug-impaired drivers to local law enforcement or Crime Stoppers of West Virginia.
