WVGA Moves Junior Amateur to July

WOAY – The West Virginia Golf Association announced Friday that due to extreme weather in the area over the last few days, the 2018 Junior Amateur at Edgewood Country Club in Sissonville has been moved to July 12-13. It had originally been scheduled for June 25th and 26th.

The move means there will be seven days WVGA events around the state in an eight-day period in mid-July, including four West Virginia Open qualifiers and the Four-Ball Championship at Snowshoe Mountain.

The 2018 Parent-Child Championship is scheduled for this weekend at the Resort at Glade Springs.
