The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection Rehabilitation Environmental Action Plan (REAP) is now accepting applications for the 2024 Make It Shine program.
The program’s goal is to help pick up litter around the state.
Applications are due by March 8.
This year’s cleanup dates are April 1-14.
