CHARLESTON, WV (WOAY) – On Wednesday, July 17, The West Virginia Department of Agriculture will conduct aerial treatments to biologically suppress black flies on the Greenbrier, New, and Bluestone Rivers.
Dates will change depending on weather conditions and water levels.
Treatments could continue into Thursday, July 18.
