West Virginia (WOAY)— The West Virginia Department of Agriculture will conduct aerial treatments to biologically suppress black flies on the Greenbrier, New, and Bluestone Rivers on Thursday, September 19.
Dates will change depending on weather conditions and water levels.
Treatments could continue into Friday, September 20
