West Virginia (WOAY)-The West Virginia Department of Agriculture will conduct aerial treatments to biologically suppress black flies on the Greenbrier, New, and Bluestone rivers on Wednesday, September 17. Â
The Department of Agriculture uses BTI, a natural bacterium found in dirt. Â
There are no chemicals used and no danger to anything except black flies.Â
