West Virginia (WOAY)—The West Virginia Department of Agriculture will conduct aerial treatments to biologically suppress black flies on the Greenbrier, New, and Bluestone rivers.
The treatments will occur on Thursday, October 3, but depending on the weather and water levels, they could continue into Friday, October 4.
