Kanawha County, WV (WOAY) – Law enforcement officers discover drugs while conducting a during traffic stop.
According to a press release, On Tuesday evening, March 18th, 2025, West Virginia State Troopers performed a traffic stop. Upon making contact with the driver strong odor of marijuana was coming from the vehicle. Troopers then conducted a search and approximately 21 pounds of marijuana was seized along with $1400 dollars. Â
45-year-old Kuloni Brown of Charleston, WV was arrested and charged with Driving Revoked for DUI, DUI, Possession with Intent to Deliver and Driving Left of Center.Â
