Mount Olive, WV (WOAY)- If you’re looking for a career in public safety, the West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation is hosting a hiring event on Wednesday, July 23.
The event will take place at Mount Olive Correctional Center and Jail from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
They’re hiring for uniformed and non-uniformed roles, including multiple levels of correctional officers and counselors.
Applicants should bring a valid driver’s license, social security card, diploma, and any relevant transcripts or military documents. Background checks and drug screenings are required before hire.
