West Virginia (WOAY) West Virginia is making information about the state’s WIC program more accessible to the public.
The Department of Health’s Office of Nutrition Services has launched a new, mobile-friendly WIC data dashboard.
The tool provides current information on WIC participation, benefit redemption, and breastfeeding, along with an interactive map showing authorized vendors, farmers markets, and WIC clinics.
Officials say the dashboard will be updated monthly to provide the most current information and help families and state leaders better understand the program.
