West Virginia (WOAY)-A confirmed case of measles has been linked to Washington Dulles International Airport, potentially impacting West Virginia residents.
According to the West Virginia Department of Health, an international traveler visiting North Carolina was infectious while passing through the airport on Thursday, June 19th.
Officials say potential exposure may have occurred at Concourse A, the International Arrivals Building, and baggage claim between 7:45 p.m. and 11:59 p.m., as well as in the departures area, East Security Checkpoint, and Concourse C between 8:00 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. that night.
Anyone exposed could develop symptoms between June 26 and July 10.
