Beckley, WV (WOAY) Calling all talented young singers!
WV Collective is looking for a male lead for its fall musical, Batboy: The Musical.
The role is open to males ages 15 to 26, and strong vocals are a must.
Auditions will be held Wednesday, August 26, at 5:30 p.m. at Kid in the Background on Prince Street in Beckley.
Rehearsals will take place mostly during September, October, and November, Monday through Thursday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The show dates are November 12-15 and November 19-22 at the Raleigh Playhouse and Theatre.
If you can’t make Wednesday’s audition but are interested, organizers say to reach out to make other arrangements.
