OAK HILL, WV (WOAY) – WOAY-TV is excited to announce the results from a successful weekend in the Associated Press of the Two Virginias broadcast award luncheon.
The Newswatch team secured six first-place wins and one second-place win in the 2025 competition. Those six first-place awards are the most out of any other station in West Virginia.
Judges noted the work of our team in their comments, saying in part, “You really care about this community and I can tell. If I lived there, this would be my go-to station.”
