WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, WV (WOAY) – A new brewery in White Sulphur Springs is moving into the next phase of construction.
Big Draft Brewing received a brewhouse and brite tanks this afternoon from San Diego, California. The 2 vessels, 10 barrel steam fire brewhouse will be able to contain up to 330 gallons of beer per turn.
“Actually, there is a little bit of unique history with this particular system. It’s got a couple of Great American Beer Festival medals to its credit and on its resume, so we hope to continue that tradition with its excellent with it,” said Brewer J.W. Groseclose.
Groseclose says the next step is to pressure test the drainage and to pour concrete.
