Morgantown, WV (WOAY) – Junior Wide Receiver David Sills has announced that he will return for his senior year along with his quarterback Will Grier. Sills was a major play maker for the Mountaineers this season finishing the year as a Biletnikoff Award finalist. He leads the nation in touchdowns with a total of 18 is ranked first in total touchdowns in the Big 12 Conference.
