West Virginia State Police to conduct sobriety checkpoint in Hinton on April 4

Hinton, WV (WOAY)- The West Virginia State Police will conduct a sobriety checkpoint in Summers County on Thursday, April 4. 

The checkpoint will occur at Route 107, Stokes Drive, in Hinton, from 8:00 pm to 2:00 am on Friday, April 5. 

The purpose of this checkpoint is to deter impaired drivers and educate the public about the dangers of driving an automobile while under the influence.
