WOAY-TV (Oak Hill, WV): While the State Fair draws a crowd for food, rides and fireworks, it also showcases 4H Club ribbon winners!
One of those ribbon winners is Ethan Reese, who was also the 2023 U.S. Capital Christmas Tree essay contest winner. We followed the Capital Christmas Tree tour from the harvest of the tree in the Monongahela National Forest to Washington, D.C. If you recall, we also caught up with Ethan at the harvest for an interview about his essay.
We also got the chance to chat with him about his two projects, which earned him two blue ribbons for the West Virginia State Fair that is going on now through Saturday, August 17 in this exclusive WOAY interview.
