West Virginia (WOAY) The West Virginia Emergency Management Division is working with local emergency management and community groups to document damage from severe weather.
Residents can report damage through an online survey.
You’ll need your 911 address and can include photos of the damage, if available.
If you need help completing the survey, contact 211 between 8:00 a.m and 4:00 p.m., or contact your county’s emergency manager.
Officials stress that the survey is not an application for financial assistance.
The information is being collected to assess the overall impact of the storm, and counties will be notified if financial assistance becomes available.
