Fayetteville, WV (WOAY): If you can hear the bells and want a chance to say “I do” 876 feet in the air on one of West Virginia’s most iconic landmarks.
One Mercer County officiant is inviting you to take the leap this year during Bridge Day 2026.
Wedding officiant Todd Gray has been helping couples tie the knot for over 30 years.
From church vows to courthouse steps, he’s seen it all.
Last year on Bridge Day, he added the New River Gorge Bridge to his list of venues, and he is doing it again for 2026.
On October 17, Gray will provide couples with an iconic landmark as a wedding venue, special wedding certificates, and a custom-written ceremony.
The cost is $150, and there are openings available for 20 couples.
Lovebirds must reserve their spot in advance and bring a valid West Virginia marriage license and photo I.D.
