Weather Will Trigger Few Minor Aches and Pains as The Week Progresses

A progressive weather pattern will lead to two additional systems crossing the region as the week unfolds.

THROUGH THE WEEKEND: Following a very warm Wednesday, rain will precede a cold front Thursday morning with about 0.25″ expected. The northwest breeze in its wake will drop temperatures from 50 degrees to the lower 40s. Many spots will wake up a dusting here and there on the grass Friday with 1-2″ of snow in western Greenbrier and Pocahontas County. Friday will be chilly, Saturday will be rather breezy and warmer with a big push back in temperatures on Sunday.

NEXT WEEK: A larger storm system will likely bring rain late Tuesday into Wednesday, with potential for thunder. Rain amounts of 0.50-1.0″ look likely. Scattered flooding could occur only because we are coming off a record wet February. We will have more details as we get closer.
