Weather Update: Foggy Start, Then Hottest Temps So Far This Summer

Oak Hill, WV (WOAY-TV): High pressure will bring the coolest night of the month, but there will be fog in the river valleys early Tuesday.

TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY: Dew points will stay low, so while we will see the warmest temperatures of the summer by Wednesday afternoon, it won’t feel oppressive outside. UV index will be very high and drink plenty of water because dehydration can creep up on you very quickly in dry heat!

THURSDAY THROUGH THE WEEKEND: Higher humidity returns and each day there is a good chance for an afternoon shower or thunderstorm. The best chance for extended dry weather is Friday and Sunday.
