Oak Hill, WV (WOAY-TV): The Christmas Tree tour has ended in southern West Virginia and ultimately the next stop is Washington, D.C.

Chief Meteorologist Chad Merrill has an outlook for the weather on Tuesday, November 28, the day of the Lighting Ceremony, in Washington.

If you can’t make it to the ceremony, but want to see the U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree all decorated on the West Lawn of the White House in December, Chad provides an overview of the weather pattern going forward through December. This includes a sneak peak at expected snowfall across the Mid-Atlantic this winter.
