Raleigh County, WV (WOAY) – Sheriff Frank Priddy and Chief Deputy Frankie Shelton have shared the details behind a warrant operation conducted by the Raleigh County Sheriff’s Department on August 13.
The office attempted to track and apprehend 23 people with active warrants; they captured 5.
Police arrested the following people:
Ronald Mitchem – found during a traffic stop
- 1 count of sexual abuse in 1st degree
- 1 count of sexual abuse by a parent or guardian
Amber Ferguson – found hiding from law enforcement behind her home
- Circuit Court Capias (underlying charge of Gross Child Neglect with Serious Risk of Injury or Death)
Scott Bivens – located at his home

Derrick Coleman – located at his home
- 1 Count Misdemeanor Transferring Stolen Property
Dylan Collins – found at his home
- 1 Count Leaving the Scene of an Accident (Fayette County Warrant)
The following day, August 14, Kalil Randall turned himself in. He is charged with the following:
