Oak Hill, WV (WOAY-TV): The Indian summer pattern with warm days and cool nights will continue unabated through Thursday.
Chief Meteorologist Chad Merrill’s latest forecast:
TONIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY: Early fog will give way to sunshine each day. Thursday will turn breezy ahead of a cold front. Wind gusts will reach 30 mph.
FABULOUS FOOTBALL FRIDAY: Winds will gust to 30 mph with a few showers, best chance in the afternoon and evening. Temperatures will warm into the 60s but fall into the 40s during the end of the football games.
THIS WEEKEND: Saturday will be brisk and cool with a few showers. Highs will range from the 50s along and south of I-64 to 40s in northern Nicholas to Pocahontas County. A widespread light frost is expected Sunday and Monday morning. Temperatures will be cold enough for widespread 20s in Pocahontas County for a killing freeze.
