Oak Hill, WV (WOAY-TV): The pattern with early frost and afternoon sunshine will continue through Thursday.
FRIDAY: First sign of change with a warm front triggering light showers in the morning.
WEEKEND: Both days will bring rain, anytime during the day on Saturday and early on Sunday. Rain amounts will be less than 0.50″ and no flooding is expected.
MONDAY INTO TUESDAY: A southern storm will bring rain followed by snow showers as seasonal temperatures return.
MID-LATE FEBRUARY: All of the signals point to below-average temperatures with a likelihood of snow, best chance of a widespread moderate snow (4-8 inches) will be around February 22.
