Summers County, WV (WOAY) – On July 1st, the certified veteran-owned business program was officially in business, one might say.
This legislature-backed program is housed in the Secretary of State’s office, and Secretary Warner was in Southern West Virginia today, officially certifying veteran-owned businesses.
