USPS unveils forever stamp honoring the late Betty White

Washington, DC (WOAY) – The United States Postal Service plans to honor one of Americas most beloved actresses with a new forever stamp bearing her likeness.
A news release from the USPS said the stamp will commemorate the “warmth, wit and charisma” of Betty White.
Forever stamps are equal to the price of 1-ounce First-Class mail. The stamps also never expire.
The Postal Service has a special event scheduled on March 27, 2025, to unveil the new stamp at the Los Angeles Zoo and Botanical Gardens, where White was a trustee, benefactor and volunteer.
The former Golden Girls star died less than three weeks before her 100th birthday in late December 2021.
