WEST VIRGINIA (WOAY) – Newswatch is continuing to track statewide clean-up efforts after severe weather this week.
Power has largely been restored to Fayette and Nicholas Counties, and emergency management agencies are assessing the damage.
Meanwhile, the northern panhandle is recovering from heavy rains that caused the Ohio River to rise to the highest level its been in decades.
