UPDATE: Missing Monroe County woman found safe

UPDATE: On Monday, May 11, 2020, at approximately 5:30 pm.  Ms. Stephanie Lemon was safely located in another County of the State.

PETERSTOWN, WV (WOAY) – West Virginia State Police in Union is seeking assistance in locating a missing female.
Stephanie Marie Lemon was last seen at her residence on Little Rich Creek Valley area in Peterstown, West Virginia, on Saturday, May 9, 2020, at approximately 9 am.
Ms. Lemon is described as a 40-year-old female with brown eyes, brown hair. She was last seen wearing black leggings and a yellow/mustard cardigan. She has a tattoo on her left arm that says I love you to the moon and back.
Anyone with information on the location of Ms. Lemon is asked to contact Trooper J. D. Dowdy at the Union Detachment of the State Police at 304-772-5100 or the Monroe County 911 Center at 304-772-3911.
