Kanawha County, WV (WOAY) -We have an update on the shooting in Saint Albans that occurred Sunday night.
The Kanawha County sheriff’s deputies have arrested 53-year-old Christopher Foxx.
Detectives state that the shooting stemmed from an argument between Foxx and the victim, who reportedly came to the residence to see his ex-girlfriend.
During this, Foxx shot the 55-year-old victim with a shotgun. Hitting the man twice, leaving him with serious injuries. He was sent to a local hospital to recover.
Foxx has been arrested and charged with malicious wounding. He is being held at the South Central Regional Jail on a $25,000 cash bond.
