Princeton, WV (WOAY) WVU Medicine Princeton Community Hospital is receiving national recognition for orthopedic care.
U.S. News & World Report has named the hospital a High Performing Hospital for Knee Replacement in its 2026-2027 Best Hospitals rankings, the highest distinction awarded in that category.
Hospital leaders say the honor reflects the work of its orthopedic team and its use of robotic-assisted joint replacement technology to provide personalized care.
Fewer than half of the hospitals evaluated nationwide earned a High Performing designation for the procedures and conditions reviewed.
