Summers County, WV (WOAY) – On Friday, May 23, around 5 p.m., members of the Summers County Sheriff’s Office served a family court order at the home of Lisa Pack in Jumping Branch.
Police arrived and discussed the court documents with the biological mother when a separate verbal altercation happened.
During this, Lisa Pack left the residence with a minor child. Later, they were picked up by Shawn Pack of Jumping Branch. They then took the kid to Raleigh County.
A lookout was issued for the car and was later found by the Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office.
The child was recovered safely with no issues.
Lisa Pack and Shawn Pack have both been charged with concealment or removal of a minor from custody, which is a felony offense.
