Fayette County, WV (WOAY) – Fayette County Sheriff Jess McMullen, two Kanawha County men are facing felony charges.
Joshua E. Redden and Joshua D. Clark, both from Cabin Creek, have been charged with grand larceny, destruction of property, and conspiracy to commit a felony.
Later afternoon on Wednesday, July 9, deputies were alerted to two people allegedly cutting down power poles in Kincaid.
When deputies arrived, they spotted the men on a side-by-side with a trailer in a power line clearing. They also saw pieces of power lines in the trailer and three power poles that were damaged.
