Fayette County, WV (WOAY) – Two Fayette County men have been sentenced on separate drug charges.
Todd Boucino has been sentenced to 5 years in prison for conspiracy to violate the Uniform Controlled Substances Act.
He was arrested in 2023 after selling fentanyl mixed with other drugs to a cooperating individual.
Another Fayette County man will serve at least 12 years in prison for delivering fentanyl.
Justin Legg was convicted earlier this year of selling fentanyl mixed with other drugs to an informant in 2024.
Legg told people that he knew what he was selling and bragged about the potency of the drugs.
He was sentenced to 4 separate sentences of 3 to 15 years that will be served consecutively.
