Fayette County, WV (WOAY) – The Fayetteville Police made two arrests on Monday night at the Sheetz off Route 19 in Fayetteville.
According to a press release from the department, at approximately 11:30 p.m., officers made contact with a suspicious vehicle in the Sheetz parking lot.
After investigating the vehicle, officers discovered it was stolen, and approximately 7.4 grams of fentanyl were recovered.
The passenger of the vehicle, Bobby M. Bowles, was arrested and charged with conspiracy and receiving a stolen vehicle.
The driver, Ashley R. Bowles, was arrested and charged with conspiracy, receiving a stolen vehicle, and possession of a controlled substance.
Both subjects were transported to Southern Regional Jail.
