Three Rivers Avian Center hosting last public tour day of the year in partnership with Moonstruck Maple on October 3

Brooks, WV (WOAY) Bird lovers will have one more chance this year to meet the raptors at the Three Rivers Avian Center. 

The center’s final Public Tour Day of the year is Saturday, October 3, from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.

The last tour begins at 4:30 p.m. 

Visitors can meet all 12 of the center’s Raptor Ambassadors, including hawks, owls, falcons, a turkey vulture, a raven, and a bald eagle. 

The event also features hands-on exhibits, photo opportunities, and guided tours highlighting the individual birds and the center’s work rehabilitating wild birds and returning them to the wild. 

After the tour, visitors can also stop by Moonstruck Maple to learn about sustainable maple syrup production and take part in tastings.
